When distributing digital audio over a shared IP network, the Digigram PYKO Out offers professional solutions for a large scope of professional audio applications: transportation, industrial, background music, paging, intercom and broadcast. The PYKO Out can also decode shoutcast/icecast streaming which answers to the in-store application request.

The Digigram PYKO Out plays audio from standard MP3 or PCM IP streams or locally stored MP3 files. Together with Digigram Audio Manager software, PYKO IP-based network audio terminals enable designing fully managed audio distribution solutions.

It can mix and manage IP sources, EtherSound channels, analog sources, audio files, events, and schedules with ease. It also provides processing and mixing points within the network, for example, mixing announcements with background music. No longer does the technology dictate how the system has to be designed. PYKO and Audio Manager put the system designer back in the driver's seat.
The Digigram PYKO Out is an ES-100/spkr enabled device. As such it is capable of decoding uni-directional EtherSound streams. PYKO-out will fit nicely into portions of EtherSound networks where only uni-directional streams and audio-out devices are required such as terminal network branches. A perfect match for Public Address networks or monitoring-only systems.
